Leading with Vision

Building a More Equitable Future

The world is complex. We know this. Yet, many of our systems – from businesses to social structures – operate on outdated models of hierarchy and control, often leaving behind those who don't fit a narrow definition of "success." These systems, while seemingly efficient on the surface, often fail to recognize the interconnectedness of our world and the inherent value of diverse perspectives. This is where leadership, true leadership, becomes essential.

My journey has led me to a deep belief in the power of inclusive leadership. It's a leadership that transcends traditional notions of authority and embraces collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to equitable outcomes. It’s a leadership that recognizes that a rising tide truly lifts all boats.

At the heart of my vision is the HarterHill Network. This isn't just another business venture; it's an ecosystem designed to foster positive change. It's a collective of businesses and individuals committed to building a more equitable and sustainable future. We believe that what benefits one should ultimately benefit all.

The HarterHill Network is founded on several core principles: transparency, equality, diversity, inclusion, and mindful business practices. We recognize that diverse teams are stronger teams, and that organizations that prioritize people and planet are the organizations that will thrive in the long run. We believe that profit and purpose are not mutually exclusive; in fact, they are intrinsically linked. We are building a future where diverse individuals and communities thrive, providing the resources, mentorship, and collaborative ecosystem needed to foster innovation and drive positive social change, with a focus on entrepreneurship in underserved communities.

My own businesses, YoService and TechSpecific, are integral parts of this vision. They represent my commitment to building businesses that are not only profitable but also contribute to the greater good. They are the foundation upon which the HarterHill Network is being built. And they are just the beginning. Projects like Nean's Place, Todd's Metal Bench, and Wolf Creek Farms represent the expanding reach of this network, along with initiatives like the AZ 50/50/1 Movement. Each project, big or small, contributes to the overall goal of creating a more equitable and sustainable future. And each project, big or small, offers an opportunity for others to get involved, to contribute their unique skills and perspectives, and to become a vital part of this growing movement.

We are actively seeking partners who share our vision. We are looking for businesses and individuals who understand the power of collaboration and are committed to creating a more just and equitable world. We believe that by working together, we can amplify our impact and create systemic change. We also believe in amplifying the voices and faces of those we work with. The more support we receive, the greater our capacity to empower others and showcase the true diversity of talent and innovation that exists within our communities.

This isn't just about charity or philanthropy; it's about building a sustainable future for everyone. It's about recognizing the inherent value of every individual and creating opportunities for all to flourish. It's about moving beyond outdated models of competition and embracing a collaborative approach that benefits all stakeholders.

The HarterHill Network is a work in progress, a journey of continuous growth and evolution. We are constantly learning, adapting, and refining our approach. We are committed to transparency and accountability, and we invite others to join us on this journey. We believe in collaborative leadership, and we are eager to work alongside others who share our passion for creating a more equitable world.

If you are a leader who believes in the power of inclusive leadership, if you are committed to building a more equitable future, we invite you to connect with us. Let's work together to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Let's lead with vision, together.
